Developmental Screenings -
$25
Speech and Language Evaluations - $250*
Speech and Language Therapy or teletherapy- $55 per 30 minute session; $100 per 60 minute session**
Tutoring (virtually or in-person) - $45 per 30 minute session; $90 per 60 minute session

*Evaluation prices include all time for administration, scoring and interpretation of tests. It also includes a verbal as well as written report of the findings.
**Therapy prices include services at the Ela Library in Lake Zurich, and may increase depending on the location.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service in the form of cash, personal check or electronically using Chase Quick Pay with Zelle or Venmo*

Insurance and Sliding Scale Fees
At this time Wendy does not bill insurance directly, however she will provide a receipt for clients to submit to their insurance. Although many insurance providers do not cover the cost for services, they may count out of pocket costs towards a client's deductible. Wendy understands what it’s like for families to live on a budget, and the harsh realities of the out-of-pocket costs for healthcare. She doesn’t want your finances to hinder you from being able to get help for your child. Therefore, she offers sliding scale fees for those who qualify.
